Our company holds the complete intellectual property rights for LIORQUE® (Chinese Trademark Registration No.: 74094398).
We have never authorized, licensed, or permitted any third party to manufacture, distribute, or sell LIORQUE® branded products in China.
Any LIORQUE® products manufactured or sold without authorization are counterfeit and infringe our intellectual property rights. We will pursue all legal actions against such activities.
Currently, the Shenzhen Dapeng Customs has officially seized counterfeit products bearing the LIORQUE® trademark, based on our intellectual property protection filing (Customs Filing Number: T2024-172710).
The seized products were confirmed as infringing goods.
⚡ Any products purchased from other sources are unauthorized and illegal.
We reserve the right to take all necessary legal actions globally against infringers, including but not limited to platform complaints, account shutdowns, and legal proceedings.
