NOTICE OF SEVERE LEGAL SANCTIONS AGAINST UNAUTHORIZED OEM MANUFACTURING OF LIORQUE PRODUCTS

To All Contract Manufacturing Partners:
Any factory that produces, labels, or sells “LIORQUE” branded products without Qingdao Haomei Metal Products Co., Ltds written authorization commits a serious trademark infringement and shall bear the following legal liabilities, subject to immediate enforcement by administrative and judicial authorities:

1. High Civil Liability
   Infringement damages may amount to up to three times the infringing sales revenue, including all costs incurred by the Company in protecting its rights (attorney’s fees, investigation fees, etc.).

2. Administrative Enforcement

• The Market Supervision Administration will impose fines, order production suspension, and seize all infringing products and equipment;

• Customs authorities may detain or return any unauthorized “LIORQUE” goods, refusing clearance.

3. Criminal Prosecution Risk
   In cases of criminal conduct, the matter will be referred to Public Security or Procuratorate authorities, and responsible individuals may face charges such as forging trademark documents or selling counterfeit trademark products.

4. Reward for Reporting
   Any individual or organization providing verifiable infringement leads will be rewarded up to ¥50,000 RMB.

5. Compliance Requirements
   Factories intending to OEM or cooperate on LIORQUE branded products must execute and verify an official “Trademark License Agreement” with the Company and complete registration with the Market Supervision Administration prior to production. All legal risks arising from non-compliance will be solely borne by the infringing party.

This notice takes effect immediately upon release. All contract manufacturers must comply and circulate within their organizations without exception.
